Amy is an amazing hynotherapist, she cured me of needle phobia that I've had since childhood in just one session. I wasn't sure if I would be able to be hypnotised because I'm quite skeptical and rational, so I was surprised at the depth of the state of relaxation that I went into during the session. The next time I had to get a blood test, I felt relaxed throughout the whole process, when I'm normally a nervous wreck. I really wish that I'd done hypnotherapy with Amy earlier!
