Bath Oil Base

Blending the essential oil with a carrier oil ensures the oils disperse through the bath water and doesn’t just float on top. Coming into contact with this could cause irritation to the skin. You also may not experience all the benefits of the aromatherapy bath.

Blend It Up

Mix 60ml of vegetable oil, such as sweet almond or coconut oil to 20 drops of essential oil.

Blend together and store in a dark glass jar.
At bath time add 7-8ml of your oil to the bath.
